If you try to use the link and the website says it's invalid, then there are two possible reasons

A - It's not the most recent reset link you requested (You MUST use the most recent link, as all others are overwritten when you request a new one)

B - You are using Google Chrome browser. Chrome has a strong cache (memory) of all web pages you visit. We often get Members using Chrome who see the same (fail) page come up even though they are doing everything right. Answer is to use ANY other browser and you will be fine
